Radian began in 2016 as a structural engineering studio with a clear purpose: to deliver designed projects that combine technical rigor with practical buildability. From the first project studies to the most complex steel and concrete buildings, our story has been shaped by discipline, detail, and an obsessive focus on delivering design packages that clients can trust.
Every project includes fabrication-ready shop drawings for both concrete and steel structures. Our packages are built to be actionable for contractors, detailers, and fabricators.
Concrete design work includes detailed reinforcement layouts, slab and foundation documentation, and construction-ready bar schedules. Steel design work includes coordinated connection details, truss drawings, and erection-ready framing packages.
Since our founding, we have completed more than 320 designed projects across industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructural sectors.
